| Description | To Engage/Hire a Company/Firm for Provision of Courier Services -Test material sealed boxes and normal mail at HEC The Higher Education Commission-Education Testing Council (HEC-ETC) intends to engage/hire a Company/ Firm for provision of Courier Services- Test material sealed boxes and normal mail. Sealed bids are invited from well-established/reputed and experienced parties registered with NTN, General Sales Tax (GST), Income Tax Department and Active Taxpayer of Federal Board of Revenue. They should also have adequate infrastructure and suitable arrangements in all cities of the country as well as abroad. Interested Company/Firm may collect Tender Documents from ETC-Admin Section of HEC during working hours (0800 to 1600) on deposit of Rs.1,000/-(non-refundable) as Tender Documents fee in HEC Account No. 17427900133401, Habib Bank, SRC Branch, Sector H-9, Islamabad. The tender is being executed under PPRA Rule 36(b). Earnest money amounting to Rs. 250,000/- in favor of Director Accounts must accompany the technical proposal. The Bids must be submitted via PPRA ? EPADS (e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) and must also physically reach the Higher Education Commission-Education Testing Council (HEC-ETC), H-8, Islamabad by 13:30 hours on 23/04/2024. Failure to fulfill either of these requirements (regarding bid submission) will result in disqualification from the tender process. The bids will be opened on the same day at 14:00 hours at the HEC Auditorium Block, Sector H-9, Islamabad. HEC-ETC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders under the PPRA Rules 2004.
